Have you managed to catch "This Spartan Life", a 30 minute talk show that is set in Microsoft's MMOG for the Xbox, "Halo 2"? The show, which is produced by a four-person crew of media professionals, is distributed online via the show's website. So far, the show has interviewed artist and filmmaker Peggy Awash and interactive guru Bob Stein, with the host and interviewees coming under attack from Halo players playing the real game. Now this really is a blending of TV and computer games, and possibly the sort of thing we are going to see in the media more and more in future.

"This Spartan Life" is one of the few examples of in-game content production that may demonstrate the long-term viability of exporting virtual entertainment into the real world.
