Microsoft has decided to buy Teleo for an undisclosed sum, opening the door for the company to attempt to take the lead on VoIP (voice over IP) services. Microsoft has its eye on companies such as Skype... or rather, their customers, and Messenger may soon be outfitted with Skype type abilities very soon. Even although Messenger offers the ability to move from text chat to voice chat, users who want to call traditional phones have to go with Skype, even although Messenger offers the ability to move from text chat to voice chat.
