Hackers have begun what appears to be a organised campaign to attack security firm Symantec Corp, according to the SANS Institute, a computer-security watchdog. SANS has observed a tenfold increase in attempts to exploit a flaw in a Symantec data-protection program after it was disclosed in May of this year.
