Google's media event is about to get underway in San Francisco, where the company is is expected to launch new hardware and provide more details on the consumer release for Android 6.0, also known as Marshmallow.
The event will kick off at 9 AM PST/12 noon EST and is scheduled to last for 45 minutes. We already have a pretty good idea of what to expect with recent leaks spilling the beans on a new Nexus 5X made by LG and 6P made by Huawei, both running the next major release of Android. Also possibly on the cards are a second generation Chromecast dongle and Pixel C tablet. Stick around and watch the announcements as they unfold.
