If you tried out the demo and just like me were disappointed with it, this will come as good news, Eidos has released a patch for the full version of Deus Ex 2. Warren Spector did mention earlier that the demo would get an update as well but no date has been set. In the meantime you can use this tweak program by Alexander 'Xander' Vos that should help some.
