Overview

While the SilverStone Sugo 14 is not as cheap as other SFF cubes out there, it does give you the best of everything. For those looking for that uncompromising SFF setup, there is not a lot of choice, which makes the Sugo 14 pretty unique in its price bracket.

Silverstone’s Sugo SG14 is a chassis that allows a wide range of ITX build configurations. But where it scores well in modularity and versatility, it falls short on materials and excitement.

With the SUGO 14, SilverStone has clearly worked within their constraints to deliver a chassis that is capable of holding more than it may appear. From the beginning, the SUGO 14 is built well with its refined steel panels and sturdy internal frame. It may be slightly larger than some other cases from the SUGO line, but it still feels compact. I appreciate the fact users can have access to all four sides, as the panels are held on with captive thumbscrews and easy to remove. Internally, SilverStone has hit the right balance of providing users with space to install a good number of storage, cooling, and expansion card options.

It’s clean and stylish on the exterior, and will certainly complement your desktop space well. However, it’s serious business on the interior, offering great flexibility, impressive hardware support, and endless practicality.

SilverStone’s Sugo 14 mini-ITX PC case may not be the easiest we've built in, but its moderate price and support for lots of power parts make the purchase (and the pre-build planning) worthwhile.

With its expandability, modularity, and usability, the SUGO 14 has brought more features on the tables that are hard to find in the SFF market particularly a triple-slot design for the beefy graphics card, ability to use a combination of 120mm and 120/240mm AIOs, a full-size air cooler and standard ATX PSU makes this proposition outstanding and as such comes recommended by us.
