The HP Omen 27 is a well-rounded and sexy-looking QHD gaming monitor whether if it’s for E-Sports or max-eye candy titles. The monitor’s 165Hz refresh rate and G-Sync isn’t the absolute creme de la creme in the display market, but it still is an awesome experience. The monitor’s modest design makes it a standout in a sea of aggressive, gamer-centric options with streaks of unwanted plastic everywhere.

As far as gaming monitors go, the HP Omen 27” performs incredibly well with a gorgeous display that’s crisp and fluid, and it has a few nifty features as well. However, it’s also a bit expensive for what it is.

The Omen 27 is a pleasingly simple monitor that’s exceptionally fast and offers Nvidia's G-Sync to keep things moving smoothly on its WQHD display. But at this price point—and perhaps even a bit cheaper—there’s somewhat better options that offer similar speeds and better panels.

The monitor is a really solid compliment to the OMEN Desktop, however its 144Hz and G-sync isn’t enough to recommend as there’s great, fast 4K displays or even 21:9 displays that I’d pick first. It performs well, looks great, but I think is overpriced.

Il monitor HP Omen 27 si configura come una soluzione interessante per la fascia di prezzo, dotato di specifiche hardware all’avanguardia per chi intende sfruttare il 4K in ambito gaming. Se funzionalmente si tratta di un pannello decisamente veloce, a livello globale possiamo evidenziare alcune lacune di carattere progettuale, che tuttavia lasciano spazio ad un design semplice ma interessante, in tema con la famiglia Omen.
