The LG 24GL600F is a perfect example of what an entry level gaming monitor should have to offer. It’s price tag stays below the $200 range, and with the 1 year warranty that it comes with, you’ll always be assured of quality customer care whenever you need it.

Overall, the LG UltraGear 24GL600F-B is an okay monitor for most uses. It has some great gaming features, including a fast refresh rate and low input lag, but it isn't as well-suited for office use or multimedia. The stand has terrible ergonomics, and like most TN monitors, it doesn't look as good in a dark room, and the image degrades at an angle.

As far as budget gaming monitors go, this is one of the best you'll find under $200.

The LG 24GL600F is an excellent choice if you don’t want to spend a fortune on a 144Hz gaming monitor. The product offers the bare essentials, but for the serious gamer, creature comforts or add-ons such as decorative features won’t be missed. We like the sleek design of the product, but some areas such as the plasticky accents could use some improvements.
