Benchmarks: PCMark 8

With a score of 4949pts, the Extreme II outpaced every drive we've tested with PCMark 8's storage benchmark.

The Extreme II took 4123 seconds to complete the PCMark 8 benchmark, which was only slightly more than the Vertex 4.

The Extreme II's overall bandwidth figure was 233.7MB/s, 6% faster than the Vertex 450 and 13% faster than the Vertex 4.

The Extreme II came second only to the Vertex 450 in the Adobe Photoshop heavy test, taking 362.2 seconds.

In PCMark 8's Microsoft Word test, the Extreme II took just 28.3 seconds, which is roughly the same as the Vertex 450 and Vertex 4.
