virus eraseme.exe & helper1sass.exe, msmsgr.exe

hi guys...

does anyone knows how can i prevent this kind of viruses, it always appear in system32\eraseme.exe or helper1sass.exe or msmsgr.exe

and also some backdoor viruses....

and in my AVG vault, i have an infected files, like C:\system volume information\restore{with corresponding numbers}, i have 8 of these file infected with, Trojan horse downloader.Agent.BOP & .BOQ, Trojan Horse IRC\Backdoor.SdBot.PQH, Trojan Horse Bakcdoor.Generic2.FZX

The question is, is it Ok to delete these file in AVG Vault w/out causing trouble with my system volume information?

Turn off system restore see how HERE

This will get rid of all your restore points, which is where your viruses are living. Rescan your computer with AVG, and delete what`s in the virus vault.

Once done, turn system restore back on.
