Video Card RAM question

I just had a quick question about a graphics card I want to buy. I have 1.5 gigs of DDR2 Ram in my computer. The video card has DDR memory, 64 mb onboard, and uses system memory to support up to 256 mb. Will I have compatability problems with my ram being DDR2 and the cards being DDR? (Can the card use ddr2 ram to support the full 256 mb)?

I'm not sure I really understand the question for some reason... But it looks like your system has DDR2 memory and this video card has DDR?

If that is the case, then there will be no problem. But how your question was worded hasn't quite made sense to me yet. Might be me.

64mb ddr on video card based ram, with up to additional 256mb system shared ram (in you case ddr2).
I think the question is
Is there a Compatability issue between the on card ddr and system
shared ddr2?
I have never heard of a card that could extend out of resident ram into system ram before but ther it is.
If you have'nt bought this card yet, I wouldn't recommend it, {REFURBISHED & OEM} are the key(scare) words, on top of the compatability question.
