The memory timings had a minimal impact on the Unreal Tournament 3 performance, particularly at 1920x1200 where there was just a 5fps difference between the CAS7-7-7-20 and CAS10-10-10-20 memory. However at 1280x1024, where the graphics card plays less of a factor, there was a 17fps difference separating these two.
Quake Wars shows almost no performance difference between the fastest and slowest memory timings.
Following that sam trend, Far Cry 2 shows flat results which are explained by a heavier reliance on the GPU than the processor or subsystem.
