I am in dire need of some help with this. After having a credit card number stolen and used I did a scan of my computer with AVG and found Win64/Patched.A in c:\Windows\System32\services.exe and Trojan horse Generic29.ANPX in c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_64\Desktop.ini, also Trojan horse Backdoor.Generic15.CGSY in c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini. I tried to remove them with the AVG program and it won't let me. Also, I did a scan with Malewarebytes and it located rootkit.0access in one of my windows\installer files. This is one I also cannot remove. I tried using avast instead of AVG to try and fix these and it also could'nt. Avast also told me that the Windows\installer file that malwarebytes said had a rootkit.0access was infected by win32:Trojan-gen. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
