This download contains the Windows 95/98 drivers for the Stealth III S540 PCI & AGP graphics accelerators. These drivers require DirectX 6.1 or DirectX 7.0 to support DirectDraw and Direct3D applications. Please consult the readme.txt for additional information.

Note: Before proceeding with your driver installation we suggest you make sure you are installing the latest version available and for the appropriate model/revision and Operating System. We strongly suggest following 'readme' instructions for installing drivers when available.
