Samsung has confirmed that its next flagship smartphone will launch in the US on April 10. Those interested in either the Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge can get their pre-orders in starting tomorrow, March 27, through AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon and U.S. Cellular.

If you're the type that likes to try before you buy, select Best Buy, AT&T and T-Mobile locations will have Samsung's latest on hand for demonstrations starting tomorrow.

The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are widely expected to usher in a new era for Samsung and arguably couldn't arrive at a better time as Samsung's mobile division has been struggling as of late.

Late last year, the company announced plans to scale back its smartphone output by 30 percent in 2015. It may not seem like it but Samsung puts out dozens upon dozens of smartphones each year (56 last year according to Ars).

What's more, Samsung has started building some of its newer phones using metal construction materials (goodbye plastic) for a more premium look and feel. And in February, rumors surfaced that Samsung would be doing away with much of the bloatware that often accompanies its flagship handsets.

Those looking to buy either of the new smartphones via T-Mobile can score a free one year subscription to Netflix while all buyers will gain access to the latest edition of Galaxy Gifts - a collection of 22 premium apps / services offered free of charge.

Pricing will vary slightly depending on carrier. As of this writing, only AT&T and T-Mobile have announced pricing on their installment programs.
