1680x1050 - Gaming Performance

Low-end cards exceeded our expectations at 1680x1050, as the GT 430 still averaged 40fps, while it only took the HD 4850 to breach 60fps. The 9800 GT fetched 63fps, while old products such as the HD 4770 managed to average 57fps.

The only cards unable to deliver playable performance were the HD 6450 and an old Radeon 2600 XT that we dug up. Integrated graphics chips in the Core i5 2500K and i7 2600K processors weren't up to snuff either, hovering in the teens.
