1440p high refresh that I can still edit on?

I think its time I got a single monitor for my main workstation that can do more than high refresh rates. Right now I am using an HP Omen 25 144Hz1080p monitor. I would like to jump up in size, resolution and image quality for editing photos and video, but want to keep the high refresh for when I want to game (I mostly play COD/BF fps games, with some RTS mixed in).
I have another monitor, a Lenovo 1440p 32" 70Hz panel but its too big and too slow for my liking. The image quality seems better than my HP though. My budget is $450. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Screen is 27", so not too big, and it's IPS 1440p 144 Hz, with a 1ms response rate. Best of all, it's only $344. The Nano version is another $150 but I'm not convinced it's worth the extra amount.

This seems like a better choice then the one I listed, so if you can't decide between the 2, then this one is your best option.
