Acer Aspire 5552 overheating?

  1. Hello! i think my acer pc is over heating and i am worried.

    Speedfan is reporting that while i am writing this the temp is 51C. it has sometimes spiked to 61C while doing almost nothing. It is a laptop and should i be worried?

    Have you tried to clean out the accumulated dust from the insides, particularly the CPU heatsink and fan?

    No. I just bought it. i dont think there is that much dust

    If you just bought it, it's still under warranty. Take it back and have it checked out.
