My Acer Aspire does not burn any type of files to the dvd drive. I tried an external drive and the same thing happens.
I've been through every research page from Microsoft through youtube, to include spending hours with a Microsoft tech and still no joy. I've owned the laptop for five years I run Windows 10 professional on it. The OS updates are current (1803)
Error code received after attempting to burn a file is: "The disc image didn't burn successfully because an error occurred (error code: 0x80004005)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
