Hello! My Acer laptop started having problems randomly. It does not turn on using the power button, it turns on using the letter keys. However, it turns off almost immediately. We tried doing the unplugging of the battery and holding the power button but it did nothing. I also tried the reset button but no changes. I do not know what to do, I hope you can help me
