A full system scan is automatically carried out alternative days on my PC, (running trend micro pro). Previously running avast. Can't understand why or how infected with adyeild manager. However, TM blocks adyeild getting my private info but is constantly popping up windows to inform me of same. I have tried to post my HJT log but your system states I am posting links and won't let me do so. It also exceeds your character limit in length. Please help me this thing is driving me crackers.

Put these in Restricted Site of your browser:
ad.yieldmanager.com
.yieldmanager.com
If you get a message that these are already in 'another zone', open your Trusted Zone and delete them from there, then add to Restricted.
Once done, you should be able to delete all the Cookies.
