Adblock Plus says Facebook circumventing ad blockers is "anti-user"

The problem I have with Adblock is that a lot of sites are programmed to detect its use and a most of these pages will not open if adblock is running .So far I have kept adblock but it looks like I may have to remove it if they can't fix this problem .
