I have a problem with wind XP Pro, unable at times to open windows add and remove programs. I have reformatted the drive and I still receive the same error message. run dll32 app. also received error,exception occured trying to run c\windows\system32\shell32 dll,control_run dll "c;\windows\system32\appwiz.cpl. The system hangs and end of program will not close the task box. I believe ther cpl file is used to open the control panel programs. Need help on this one Thanks.
