AMD Radeon Adrenalin 19.5.1 or 19.5.2 win10 64Bit installation fails

Am I the only one with this problem? No Matter what I try, the driver installation AMD Radeon Adrenalin 19.5.1 or 19.5.2 fails on win10 64Bit.

After the installation I have to restart windows, but amd graphics driver fails immediately. After three failing windows start attempts I have only the choice to start windows in safe mode and to install the functioning fallback version 19.4.3.

I can live with the version 19.4.3, but I am wondering why version 19.5.2 fails. Any ideas?

This issue is solved with the new AMD Radeon Adrenalin 19.7.1 Driver. I really recommend this version of the driver, because it accelerates the graphics remarkably, for example for video streaming. The windows app "MyIPTV Player" works now much more stable than before, it builds up the picture much quicker at streaming interruptions.
