another mystery message

Here's another mystery message I get when I reboot:
PLD REMINDER "unable to open database in PLD check"
What does this mean? Anybody? Thanks!

You probably have a program "pldreminder.exe" in some UPS directory. If you don't know what it is for, temporarily rename it to "pldreminder_exe" (note the underscore instead of the dot).
