Apple tried to sue a small iPhone repair shop in Norway, the repair shop won

You are so wrong that it hurts to even read most the things you "tried" to "explain".

And again with the freaking warranty, who the hell cares about your opinion on the warranty.

I don't know how many times you want me to copy and paste the same agreement, but I will again just for you since you seem lonely. It is NOT about shutting out the little guy, it is an issue with providing warranty to their product where fault can be from a 3rd party since YOUR cousins sisters roommates freind who installed a screen he bought from China Ebay for $10. Apple has no obligation to warranty this, program around this, or worry about this.

"Are you sure you are not someone paid by Apple to write crap here?" If you are doing it for free then something is wrong with you."

Yes, Apple pays me $232.43 per positive post I make here. I can hook you up if you want. I easily pull in over $4k a month just by posting that I hate Apple.

"If you are doing it for free then something is wrong with you."

OR, I am just unbiased and judge things independently from who makes it.. I hate Apple, but accept they build a premium product.

Since you wont drop this, I excitedly look forward to your next comment so you can keep going and going and going. I already wrote out what my next 10 replies. OR why not just drop it since this is MY position since I have mine and you have yours?

"it is an issue with providing warranty to their product where fault can be from a 3rd party " --> NO it isn't. it never was and never will be. nobody but you is making this argument when the problem isn't the fact that people try to use the warranty after trying to repair their phones at 3rd party repair shops. and for the love of god please stop with the freaking relatives trying to repair smartphones, it's embarrassing to even read much less write about it.

Answer these questions: if I repair a phone and it works, why should Apple intentionally brick it? Does this little fact get stated anywhere in the contract when I buy the phone? Did you know that last year Apple lost in court for this exact same reason (search error 53)? Did you even read the warranty policy before talking so much about it?

Here, this is from 2017 (try explaining this one now):

It's so annoying to tell people they are wrong using evidence and facts only to have them change the subject or ignore everything and still claim they know best. Unfortunately for you, even after changing the subject, you still could not find something to claim you researched about or know anything beyond what your gut feeling is telling you. :D

yes it is.

they don't in the way you are trying to frame the assertion

(try explaining this one now):.
What is to explain, it shows precisely what it written. I don't see what there is to explain.

Damn, you are really helping me rake in the $$$ from apple on this one. Remember, I get paid $232.43 per positive post so keep your replies coming in. Lets roll this thread to 10 pages. <<or>> accept that I have my position and you have yours.

...

and here is your problem. yes, apple is literally doing that. they making the screens to stop working properly even when using original ones. you most likely didn't "care enough" to even watch the videos I posted that talked about it. at least watch the last one, it should pretty much explain to you why you are wrong.

@Puiu "Poor Apple", only grossed 229.23 billion dollars in the fiscal year 2017. That is up from 215.64 billion in 2016, but down from their previous high of 233.72 billion, in 2016.

I think what we're seeing here should be patently obvious, that mom and pop computer repair shops are drastically cutting into Apples bottom line.

No amount of highly paid attorneys, can ever really hope to recover a $100.00 repair charge taken away from them by an unscrupulous gypsy repair service, or reaffirm their sterling reputation as, "the world's greediest company".

Although Comcast is a close second, but I don't think they're worldwide.

One thing you can say in Apple's favor is, they always apply the grease, before they give you the shaft. After all, only a person of quality and distinction would buy an Apple product to begin with. You should be treated as the prize cash cow that you are, well fed with lavish praise, social distinction, and your "devices" treated with collateral utmost respect, by using only genuine Apple parts, installed by genuine certified Apple technicians.

I don't know why, by I suddenly feel dirty, after having typed that.
:D

I have watched the videos. The Linus videos are not at all what we are talking about and are about a different subject matter (but is close to what we are talking about). I am speaking about only the positions that I have presented and nothing more. My conclusion of my assertions allow my position to stand. Don't like it? Too bad. You are not required to.Suggestion to you and others: Avoid Apple products like I do.

Rippleman and Puiu, if you need to carry on this argument, please do so using PM. This is getting repetitive and if you haven't made your points by now, you aren't going to. Thank you.
