Are these good pc specs?

I found this computer with these pc specs for about $800 and I wanted to know if it is worth it.

I'm not sure if you have gaming in mind or not so I will go ahead and say this. It's not a gaming machine that is for sure. The processor might be alright for light gaming. But that GPU is a budget card that might give you 30 FPS on low settings. But other than that it would be a good general purpose PC for web browsing, word processing, and light image/video editing.
