Asus GPU Boost - Enable or Disable?

I got my new Asus board yesterday, but there is a switch on it called GPU Boost, should I enable or disable it?

It was enabled by default but I turned it off.

Enable it if you play games and dont have a dedicated GPU.

Disable GPU use

Chrome
* Adding --disable-gpu to your chrome browser shortcut

Firefox
* Tools->Options->Advanced->General
clear (*) Use hardware acceleration when possible

IE(9)
* Internet Options->Adv tab
Accelerated Graphics -> (*) Use Software

Opera
* -no known means to disable-​
