Hi...

My notebook is just a few months old. Here recently, under windows 10, a few of my keys(3, backspace, enter, u, x, etc.) have a 5 to 20 second delay before they register on the screen, if at all. Once the bad key finally registers it then can work fine for a short while. This doesn't happen all the time, but frequently like now. A few days ago I uninstalled windows from the C: SSD and installed Linux Mint 19 on the D: HDD for stability and privacy reasons. Even so, these problems still persists. So, it must be some hardware problem? Can anyone help me understand what is going on with my keyboard?

Thanks for any consideration concerning these problems.
