Ati radeon 9250 series 256 mb with dvi tv out problem

hi everybody... i have this problem. I've played games as colin mcrae 2004, tomb raider: angel of darkness and i have the same problem. The smoke and the dust turns green and purple and i don't know how to solve it. My video card is a ATI Radeon 9250 series 256 Mb with DVI TV out... for example: the Grace rally is dusty and all the track has dust and its color is green and purple, how could i solve it??

My specification pc is:
3.2 Ghz, HT, 1 Mb and 800 Mhs Bus
80 GB hard disk
1 Gb DDR of ram memory
Windows Xp professional

The video card drivers are the ones installed from the CD (when i purchased the video card).

Your video card might just be a bad one, send it back as a defective one and get another is my only sugestion.

Possible Update of Drivers Needed

Try installing the latest drivers for your graphics card at www.ati.com and going to Customer Support and finding your drivers there. Hope it helps and good luck!
