Ati x1300pro agp problems

I just recently purchased a ait x1300pro agp card for my older computer. Ive been told i should have no problem playing World of Warcraft on high settings with no lag but im having extreme lag problems with all settings on low . I have a new 460w psu and an old amd xp 1700 with 512meg ddr 266 and the mainboard is a soyo dragon ultra kt400. im just wondering if anyone has heard of problems with this card or has any suggestions.

The X1300 is a mid-grade card, and should be able to handle WoW with no problem. Make sure the drivers are up-to-date. If they aren't, just go the ati site and download newer ones.

your cpu and ram suck and they are old, no offense. consider upgrading to an amd 64 with ddr 400 at least.
