BCCode : 10000050 ERROR HELP!!!!

Hi all
I am at the end of my tether and minutes away from computicide !
My pc just reboots randomly error code BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : E42B7A30 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 805446EC
BCP4 : 00000001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

It also will no longer run my AGP 6800gt grapics card only the onboard graphics work atall ,
Any clues anyone ?

Two possible causes spring to mind. Either faulty ram or a faulty/underpowered psu.
