Best Low Cost PCI-e Video Card+CPU+Mobo

Hey guys, was thinking of building my own PC but I haven't got that much cash(got ~$350) to use (school life's a killer), can someone please advise me on the mobo+video card(prefferablly PCI-e)+CPU(would like to try out AMD this time) I should get? I know that these three are the core items in a PC, I wouldn't like to be told later "Your video card is too strong for your CPU or vise versa". Oh,
