Inactive Big Cirus Problem

Started a couple of days ago. Firefox wouldn't connect to the internet. Then Chrome stopped being able to log onto the net. I then rolled the computer back 1 month and it didn't help. I have been running in safe mode now and AWD Cleaner doesn't work (it worked once and then stopped) other anti spyware even in safe mode won't work but did get Farbar running in safe mode (hope that's enough).
I just tried to paste the log file in here and it wouldn't accept it said it was too much like spam. It is a file. Can I attach it?

I don't actually see much there.
It looks like some program which doesn't load in safe mode is causing issue in normal mode.
My suspect would be AVG.
Remove AVG using AVG Remover: https://www.avg.com/en-us/utilities
Restart in normal mode and see what happens.
