I'm having issues with my keyboard the 67YUHJNM keys not working after boot and I'm getting a black screen after windows startup logo. Also there is no Dell Logo prior to the windows logo. The go to solution seems to be update the bios, however I already have the most current version available from dell, A24. Should I run the bios update anyway?
