Hi,

I have read all the blue screen stops and have done everything..updated drivers, installed a new CPU cooler and taken everything out and reinstalled it. Please help as this is driving me mad. I have attached the minidump.

Your errors are 0xA and these are caused by either hardware or drivers attempting to address a higher IRQ Level than they are designed for.

In your case both files cited the root of your cause as the Kaspersky driver kl1.sys.

What security software do you have in addition to kaspersky or if at all?

Hi ,

Thanks for the response. I have Kaspersky but that is it. Did have zonelabs but i have uninstalled it.

What is the best way of resolving this?

I appreciate the help.

Update Kaspersky and if it is already updated then go to their forums and look for a resolve. Many people have had issues with this driver so a simple search there should give you a ton of information.

If you post there give them the error codes and that your minidump files were read and this driver consistently came up as the probable cause.
