Blue screen memory dump crash

It has happened quite a few times but my computer would crash to a blue screen in which it memory dumps due to a severe system error. When I recover, this is the error report I get as well as the dump files. It is difficult to research exactly what these error codes mean so would really appreciate it helping me in the right direction to fix this problem, thank you.

Meh problem with that is my Radeon HD 7750 graphics card says its up to date since I bought it a month ago which doesn't quite make sense. Then again AMD Catalyst says Not available where the version usually is. Perhaps I'll speak with a representative about the matter. Thanks a lot, hopefully I'll resolve this matter soon.

May just be a bad install of the drivers, You could try pulling them out and reinstalling them.
