Blue Screen - Requested Diagnosis

Any advice or council on diagnosing and correcting the following blue screen recovery would be greatly appreciated:

Observed symptoms: yesterday (July 2nd), my Windows 7 laptop underwent the 5th blue screen recovery since I have owned it for two years. Each time this has happened it has seemed to occur as soon as I lift the lid to wake it from sleep mode. I have included an attachment to this post of the five .dmp files in a zip folder and pictures from the 3 most recent blue screen events on 7/2/2017, 10/7/2016, and 9/8/2016 for reference.
