Hi,
I have a USB Bluetooth Dongle. I use this with XP sp3 that I keep fully updated. I did an update today, and following this my bluetooth dongle does not work.
I have used the windows update site to look at my update history and it tells me that one of my udates was this:
iAnywhere - Other hardware - ISSC (EDR) Bluetooth USB Adapter
I think that if i remove this and try again my bluetooth dongle should work.
edit: I should add that I am unable to find this program to remove it - which is why I am posting.
I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver and it doesn't seem to do any good.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
Will.
I have a ghost 2003 image that I took today just before doing the windows update. I could just restore the image, but am a little nervous because I have never done it before.
