I've owned this Vizio Bluetooth soundbar for ~2 years and have been able to connect to it from various devices without any issues at all until today. I went to connect to it and it didn't show up on any of my devices even though it indicated it was in its Bluetooth connection mode. I tried connecting using a Fire Stick, 3 different Android phones, and Windows PC and none were able to see the soundbar (these devices could connect this morning). I tried a factory reset and it didn't seem to resolve the issue.
If this is a software/firmware issue, wouldn't a factory reset resolve it? Is it possible this is a hardware issue (broken Bluetooth transceiver)? Nothing has physically changed between now and when it was working.
