Braviax and minutara and antivirus pro 2010 problem

A friend of mine has a problem. I can't fix it for him either. He has braviax, minutara, and antivirus pro 2010. It shuts down all antispyware and antivirus programs. How do I help?

Follow the instructions as best as you can, and post the logs. If you can't get though the instructions, ponder the idea of a fresh OS install
