BSOD : 3 minidumps included

  1. hi

    i've been getting BSOD frequently these days in the middle of surfing with firefox. i also get it when using some programs like google earth & neat image. i got 3 BSODs yesterday alone so i attach the minidumps here. hope someone can analyse 'em for me

    Uninstall Zonealarm and see if the crashes stop. It's known to cause bugcheck C2. All three crashes are the same.

    BugCheck C2, {7, cd4, 24c001a, 858716f0}
    Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt!PspReaper+25 )

    thanks for your help. i'll do that. but if it is then how do i replace zonealarm? is it enough just to turn it off instead of uninstall?
