BSOD because of PEN_LIST_CORRUPT

Excuse me
I have problem with BSOD ,the error message was PEN_LIST_CORRUPT
and after that software I installed not working properly and some file corrupted because of restarting randomly

here is my spec PC
Motherboard varro G41 V-R3
Processor Intel (R)core (TM) duo CPU E7400 @ 2,80 GHZ
Microsoft window XP professional (5,1 buld 2600)
