BSOD help needed

For the past 2 days, my computer is having several bsod crashed. Fpn_list corrupt, Memory_management ones are the most common.

It happened while I was trying save my work in photoshop. Usually it happens when I have too many tabs on while running on programs such as photoshop/3ds max. It happens every few hours. My C: drive is pretty full though, Im wondering if that's the cause? or is it because of a faulty ram.

I've ran windows diagnose earlier and window virus scans but nothing came up.

I currently do not have my service pack cd with me so I could not reformat my computer. Thankyou in advance for those that's willing to help me with this.

Edit: My computer boots up without any problem.
