BSOD IRQL not less or equal on Windows 7 Premium

Over the past few days I've gotten IRQL stop errors on my Alienware m15x several times. I've been using this new laptop for about 1 month and up till now everything was running perfectly fine.

The errors seem to occur on a total random basis, once when I was gaming, and about 3, 4 times when I was doing mundane tasks. I don't recall having installed any new hardware/software lately. I've run system error check and memory diagnostics, they all turned out fine. I don't think it's a heat or ram issue as I can usually game for straight 8 to 9 hours without any problems, besides it also occurs when system is idle with virtually 0 cpu load.

I'm running Win 7 Premium 64-bit by the way and would love to have an expert check this minidump file for me to determine the source of the error, as I suspect it's caused by driver-related issues.

According to system event log, the error looks like this:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000030, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8800760d394).

Here is the dump file:

Your issue is with your Intel wireless driver netw5s64.sys.

Since this is a prebuilt system go to your manufacture's website, find your exact mosel and update your wireless/NIC drivers from there.
