I downloaded CAB SDK from the Windows website and I unzipped the file. It gave me a bunch of folders including the BIN folder where I find CABARC.EXE, CABINET.DLL, EXTRACT.EXE, MAKECAB.EXE. I tried running all of them but all that I get is a cmd screen with the correct functions that lasts for a split second. Every time I retry to run the .exe the same thing happens. What is going on?
