Hey i have HP pavillion DV 2000 series laptop. Windows was not booting intially. I managed to install windows xp pro on drive c and windows xp home on drive d they were working fine though no drivers were installed. I did not have my old drivers CD so i went online and found the drivers and installed all of them, but then the whole OS is screwed when i start the laptop it gives two options as before xp pro or xp home i select any of them , then it says start in safe mode , last normal mode and blah blah but when i choose any of then a blue screen comes and computer restarts.

Then i put in the Windows disc to install everything from before but it says it cannnot detect hard disk on my computer and cannot even repair windows. Seems that the BIOS driver has been changed and i dont know how to get this straight. i even tried pressing F11+ctrl but i dont see any option for system recovery. What should i do? Please help me...i cannot work ...at all
