Cannot login to windows xp user accounts or use safe mode

You need to do that "clean" install idea I mentioned earlier
But you need to backup first.

You can backup a number of ways
One way would be to use a bootable CD like the Ultimate Boot CD, then just use a USB flash reader (or even blank CD) to copy your data off

Another option would be to physically remove your harddrive to another computer and attach it as a secondary (not main!) drive, then back up from there

Once all is backed up
Insert your Windows CD, and then remove all Partitions and continue installing Windows
Note: The "remove all the partitions" steps will be shown to you during the Windows setup (sounds as though you may need to remove 3)

You cannot "Merge" or "Delete" posts. Only Moderators can do this

If you want to re-reply to your latest reply, use "Edit" instead. Only if yours is still the most recent last post
"Edit" is located on the bottom right hand side of all your posts, it is designed to allow you to Add to your last reply (being the last post in a thread)
ie A perfect example, is what I'm doing right now, I used "Edit" Because this post is still the last post in the thread
