Can't play Youtube Videos

Ive recently moved house and got a new wireless router and network. Since then i haven't been able to play youtube videos.
It gets stuck when finding the IP address.
Do I need to change my router settings to allow youtube?

Any help would be great.

I still can't figure out why youtube videos won't work. Ive downloaded the latest Java but still can't get them to work.

Someone please help.

what error message do you get when you open youtube?

as well as what browser do you use? iexplorer?

Im not getting an error message. In the bottom left corner it says "waiting for 74.125.13.35" and the video just says loading.

Ive tried clearing the cache but that didnt work.

Im using Firefox which is up to date.

1. Have you tried playing YouTube videos using IE, not Firefox?
2. I know you said you're running latest FF, but pls tell me the version number
3. Start FF in Safemode (Start-> All Programs -> Firefox (safemode)) and start it with all add-ons turned off. do you still have the problem?
4. Are you trying this over your wireless network? Connect to a LAN port on the wireless router and do testing on wired network first

Ive sort it now. I downloaded a plug-in for flash and it seems to have solved the problem.
