Can't use sound

Dear All friend here!
My PC Dell optiplex 745, my pc have two windows, windows xp and windows 7,
before I set up windows 7 my sound at windows xp is work normal but when I install windows 7 and my sound not work even I go to windows xp also not work, driver also know, please see my attach file,
on my pc has small speaker when I take it to plug with other pc is work but when I connect it back to my pc it not work.

You might try going into your Device manager in XP & see if there are any yellow "?" marks in there.
Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware Tab>Device Manager & look for the yellow "?" marks.
In W7, somebody else will have to help you there. I have W7, but not too familiar with that area.

Thank, it nothing yellow "?" display all driver is know, but now some time I hear the sound but some time it not work, it because of my main board if I buy sound card it can play sound if I plug mini speaker is also not work?

Good luck, it also could be a loose connection, frayed wire,etc,etc.

This problem is from my infront got problem like we plug in speaker that off power so we can't use other place or plug in mini speaker.
